Vulcanized Elastomer for High Resistance and Long-Term Stability

TPV (Thermoplastic Vulcanizate) is a crosslinked thermoplastic elastomer based on EPDM and PP, known for its excellent mechanical strength, chemical resistance, and permanent deformation resistance.
Thanks to its crosslinked structure, TPV combines the flexibility of vulcanized rubber with the processability of thermoplastics, making it ideal for applications exposed to atmospheric agents, oils, and prolonged compression.
IonPlast offers TPV in various grades and hardness levels, with excellent adhesion to PP and availability in natural or black color.
